Mark and I have been through a handful of yard crews. We finally settled on the crew below. We overheard the following conversation.

Crew Supervisor/August, "Now boys, you need to get to work. I'm tired of telling you to quit goofing around. Luke, you need to push that thing harder. Henry, focus boy, focus. Put that twig down and focus. Luke, you need to quit smiling and get back to work. Henry, quit joking around and quit trying to take Luke's lawnmower. "
